1、请不要私自改装、移动、拆除、封闭燃气设施。
2、不使用燃气时，应关闭表前进气阀，使用燃气时注意开窗通风，灶前要有人看管，气表周围勿放易燃物。
3、请选用天然气专用燃气具，请使用带熄火保持装置的灶具及带烟道的强排式热水器。
4、经常检查燃气具胶管是否老化，轧头是否紧固并定期更换。建议在与燃气具连接处使用更为安全的金属波纹管。
5、若发现室内有异味，应立即关闭表前阀，打开窗户，同时至户外安全场所拨打抢险电话，切忌开电灯、打电话、使用明火。
天然气和其它可燃气体一样具有易燃易爆的特性，一旦发生事故，后果十分严重。因此为了便于及时发现天然气泄漏，在天然气中加入了臭剂（化学名四氢噻酚），闻时有刺鼻的臭鸡蛋气味。为了安全用气，建议安装天然气报警器报警仪器。
